Earlier mild steel and cast iron drums were being used in rubber rollers. The main disadvantage of the drums was that they were heavy in weight and also they were unbalanced. Now we have developed Aluminium Drums in our factory using a very special alloy which makes them less in weight and give very smooth husking of paddy along with saving in electricity.

We are manufacturing Rubber Rollers with a hardness range between 88 degree to 95-degree. Fully automated mixing facilities are installed in our factory to ensure the production of consistent & Air- trap free Rollers. With our constant research & development we have produced a special grade of Rollers called ” Shaktiman Vista” which is supposed to give 30%-40% Extra Service Life as compared to any other Roller plying in the market. Today we produce all sizes of Rollers from 4″-20″ size.

Excellent bonding is ensured in our Rollers so that no rubber is separated from metal drum. Rollers produced by us are having high heat resistance, very high elasticity there by giving less breakage of rice & give excellent service life.
